SUPER BOWL SUNDAY TRAP SHOOT RESULTS

Feb 05, 2007 by LabWild
The Super Bowl Sunday Shoot was a great success. Despite the weather there were 16 shooters present and everyone had a great time. We shot 7 matches and enjoyed some really good food in the new trap building. Thanks to all who helped with food and cleanup.

Next Trap Shoot – Thursday, March 1, 5:00 pm - OPEN TO PUBLIC

Great Turnout (I consider it a Sellout!). It was cold and windy, but we had a super (as in Super Bowl) shoot. The new trap building proved its worth and was a popular gathering place between events (Greg Rhineheimer provided the halftime show). This shoot was a team effort (just like in football). Tim Bond brought his leaf blower and cleared the trap walks (Touchdown!). Wayne Bond followed with ice melter (Great Ground Attack!). Several folks provided food, with the MVP (get it) going to Wayne Collier for his Chili Burgoo. Jamey Filson came through in the clutch with his kerosene heater. The day ended in victory with John T. and Jamey doing club house cleanup. Just like a good defense, they really MOPPED UP! Okay, I'll quit. Thanks to everyone that participated. Lee
